The Group entered into 3 concession agreements with Universiti Teknologi Mara (“UiTM”) and the Malaysian government as represented by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia under a private finance initiative (“PFI”) for the right and authority to undertake the planning, design, development, construction, landscaping, equipping, installations, completion, testing and commissioning of the facilities and infrastructure of UiTM campuses, and to carry out the related maintenance works.

Each concession agreement is for a total period of 23 years comprising 3 years of construction and 20 years of maintenance.

As of to date, the Group has successfully constructed and delivered two campuses and a training centre to UiTM
