The Group is responsible for the successful township development of Rasah Jaya in Seremban. Currently, the Group is focusing on further township development in Seremban 3 adjacent to Rasah Jaya.

Rasah Jaya is a mixed residential township around Seremban town, 50 km from Kuala Lumpur. This neighborhood is established since 1982. The Group is currently developing the remaining 460 acres of mixed development land in Seremban 3.
